Account Security

5 Bonus and Promotion Policy
ahc444 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions. The general bonus policy is described below:
Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or deposit ৳42,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳62,000.
Before withdrawing the bonus, you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount.
General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer may have separate wagering requirements and validity periods.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
- A promotion can be used only once (not from multiple accounts or devices).
- If bonus misuse is suspected, the account will be reviewed.
VIP Cashback
- Bronze Level: Weekly cashback of up to 0.4%
- Silver Level: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%
- Gold Level: Weekly cashback of up to 1.2%
- Level upgrades are based on player activity and participation.
6 Gaming Rules
General Gaming Rules
- All betting and gaming activities must be carried out through the platform.
- Once a bet is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (unless a cash-out option is available in a specific game).
- If a bet is considered invalid due to a technical error, it will be cancelled and the amount refunded.
- In the event of disconnection or session timeout, the outcome of any ongoing bet will be determined according to server records.
Sports Betting Rules

Dispute Resolution

7 Prohibited Activities

- Using or accessing another person's account
- Hacking, phishing or any form of cyber attack

- Attempting to interfere with or modify the game software

- Collusion or conspiring with other players
Financial Crimes
- Money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
- Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods
- Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes
- Depositing or withdrawing funds through a third party
Behavioral Violations
- Abusive behavior toward other users or staff
- Spreading false information about the platform
- Registering on behalf of or assisting a minor

8 Account Suspension & Closure

ahc444 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
